New Direction
I have finally setup a Clan Management System for the website thanks to the good people over at ClanCommandCenter.com! It can be accessed by using the Clan Area link in the left menu. For too long now I have tried to build my community on gamers who are looking for reviews and looking to discuss current trends and issues in gaming. That went over like a lead balloon but even when I was first designing the website and planning content I wanted to have a clan area because that's what The Hard Corps name came from.
We weren't a clan in the Gamebattles sense but we were constantly getting challenged by clans because they would jump into our Gears of War custom games and get beaten. Usually it would start with one of the clan members jumping in and thinking he was the top dog in the room and then PapadooginsTHC would Pop a Doogin with his sniper on them and they would start talking trash. Eventually they would call in a few of their clan mates and they would begin talking some heavy smack as a group but that never lasted long. Once the losing streak was too much for them to bear they would start dropping out of the room like flies from a bug zapper. ZZZTT!! It used to be a past time to try and see who could guess which one would leave next and what round they would leave. They would send us messages saying those were the worst members of their clan and beg us to accept their Gamebattles challenge.
I even tried to round the group up into a GB clan so we could start shutting down those D-Bags when they challenged us but all of us were adults and we could hardly organize our schedules to play together so it was downright impossible to schedule matches. My schedule is a little more forgiving now and I want to put together more teams with new members to compete across as many games as we have players for. I want to create the ultimate Clan Army to dominate the Xbox 360 and the Playstation 3. But more than that I want to create a community of gamers who respect each other and play as a team and just want to have fun. If I just described you then please sign up, the sooner we get the rosters filled the more fun we'll have. Oh and don't forget to tell your friends!

Don't worry if you don't see your game represented there we can add it just send me a personal message in the Clan System and I'll set it up. To busy to commit to a clan? No problem, join one of our custom game groups or start your own, there is no limit to the amount of custom game groups we will support through our forums. See the custom games groups section on the boards and find a group that fits your gaming tastes and post away. You can also check our Events Calendar to see what each group is planning.
